Disabled Policy
Madame Tussauds would like to welcome everyone to our famous attraction regardless of their ability or disability.
The majority of our facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to guests with a disability.
Our trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift specially designated for this purpose.
The lift is only suitable for standard wheelchairs, however we do have courtesty wheelchairs available on request, but the number available is limited. There is a £10 refundable deposit required for these.
For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance.

Admission for guests with disabilities is charged at the normal admissions price, however one helper is welcome without charge. We require documentary proof of disability i.e. blue badge or similar.
