I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please bring with you your booking confirmation number that appeared on the final booking screen.

If you have lost your booking confirmation number don't worry. Just go to the Priority Access Entrance with the credit card you booked with.

Please note, to help eliminate fraud: for all Online bookings, please make sure you bring the credit card you paid with along with you. If somebody else paid, please bring a signed letter from the card holder.

You will not receive tickets in the post. Please bring your order confirmation number or email confirmation with you to Madame Tussauds.

How do 2 for 1 promotional tickets work?

Ticket promotions that give you a free ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket are always based on the full price adult ticket. These promotions are only valid with tickets purchased on the day and not tickets booked in advance or online. Please check the promotion's terms and conditions carefully prior to your visit and ensure you bring a valid voucher on the day of your visit. If you have a 2-for-1 voucher you must present this on arrivival.

How many people does a family ticket cover?

A family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.

Food and drink

Can I take food and drink into Madame Tussauds?
No, eating and drinking are not permitted at Madame Tussauds

How long can I normally expect a visit to last?

It takes around 2 hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds.

Valuables

We suggest not bringing any valuables into the attraction; if you do not need them, do not bring them. If you must, please keep them in a safe place.

Can I take a pet in to Madame Tussauds?

No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing eye dogs.

Can I take a push chair or buggy around Madame Tussauds?

Families with young children are advised that baby buggies are not preferred in Madame Tussauds. Therefore you will be advised to leave your pushchair in our buggy park at the entrance.

Am I allowed to touch the figures?

Yes. At Madame Tussauds you can get up, close and personal with celebrities, icons and historical leaders in a fully interactive experience.

Can I bring a camera?

Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds. If you are a camera crew and you require to film in our premises please contact our press office for further information (0207 487 0200).

Are there official Madame Tussauds Photographers?

Yes. There are photograph opportunities throughout Madame Tussauds to ensure you take home an everlasting with your favourite celebrity. Photograph collection point is located at the end of the attraction.

Can I buy photographs at Madame Tussauds?

Yes. You can also purchase mouse mats, key rings, mugs and glass cubes. Photograph collection point is located at the end of the attraction.

Disabled access

Can I bring a guide dog, eye or hearing dog to Madame Tussauds?
We do permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing eye dogs.

Is there wheelchair access throughout Madame Tussauds?

There is full disabled access throughout Madame Tussauds, however we are limited to the number of wheelchairs within the attraction at any one time. Please call the attraction ahead of your visit to let us know.
Larger moterised wheelchairs may not be able to access all areas of the attraction, however there are two wheelchairs on site that can be loaned out free of charge.
