Madame Tussauds - Las Vegas

Captain Jack Sparrow comes aboard as Madame Tussauds celebrates a global pirate invasion!

Madame Tussauds celebrates an exciting new addition to its A-list line up as wax figures of Johnny Depp portrayed as Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean's" Captain Jack Sparrow, arrived at nine of its attractions, including Las Vegas, on May 12th!

In true pirate style, the arrival was something of an invasion as the stunningly realistic wax figures appeared in iconic waterfront locations in cities around the world. The maverick swashbuckler turned up dockside by the outdoor canal at The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino.

Captain Jack Sparrow joins Madame Tussauds to celebrate the release of Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films’ "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides."

It took 3 months to transform Johnny Depp into his Pirate's character. A dedicated team of Madame Tussauds Studio Artists replicated the distinctive look down to the last detail, from braided hair and bejewelled fingers to colorful costume and trademark bandana.

He looked very at home beside The Venetian's canal, but he’s now taken up residence on dry land here at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. Now you can put on your best pirate swagger and measure up to Captain Jack Sparrow at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas!
