Ticket promotions that give you a free ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket are always based on the full price adult ticket. Some restrictions may apply such as only valid after 5:00 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday.
Can I take large bags or luggage to Madame Tussauds?
Due to security reasons, large bags or luggage are not permitted to be left at Madame Tussauds.
SCREAM
SCREAM is recommended for individuals over the age of 12. As this is a very intense experience with live actors and flashing lights it is also not suitable for those with heart conditions and pregnant women.
Which is the nearest monorail station?
The nearest monorail station is located at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino.
How long can I expect to wait to get into Madame Tussauds?
The line for Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is always fairly short. You should expect to wait no more than 10 minutes for entry into the attraction.
Can I take my stroller to Madame Tussauds?
Strollers may be admitted into the attraction however we highly recommend that strollers be left outside.
Can I take any animals or pets to Madame Tussauds?
No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit seeing eye dogs and guide dogs.
Can I eat or drink at Madame Tussauds?
Beverages purchased at the attraction may be taken inside. No outside food or beverage is permitted in the attraction.
How long does a visit to Madame Tussauds last?
We encourage you to spend as much time as you’d like inside the attraction. However most visits take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to experience all we have to offer.
Can I take a camera to Madame Tussauds?
Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds apart form Scream! If you are a camera crew and you require to film in our premises please contact our press office for further information. Solters and Digney Public Relations (323) 993-3000 ext. 215.
Where to park?
Free parking is abundant on the Las Vegas Strip. The closest parking garage is located at the Venetian Resort – Hotel – Casino.

What credit cards do you take as payment?
On our web site and at the Ticket Office we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I pay by check?
We do accept company and school checks made payable to "Madame Tussauds" for advanced bookings only.
Do you accept Foreign Currency?
We do not accept any form of currency outside of U.S. dollars.
Do you accept travellers checks?
We accept U.S. Dollars traveller's checks only.

I regularly bring groups to Madame Tussauds, do you offer any further discounts?

Can I purchase gift vouchers?
We currently do not have any gift certificates or vouchers available for purchase.
Charity donations/raffle prizes
Because we receive so many requests for donations, we have to limit the number of free tickets we give out. As part of Merlin Entertainments, Madame Tussauds only supports charities through Merlin’s Magic Wand Children’s Charity. To this end we are unable to donate tickets direct to schools and organisations.
