Get your little VIPs out of the classroom and into an educational trip to Madame Tussauds. Get up close and personal with the World's bigget names, whilst providing a fun learning experience.
We've developed a resource pack tailored specifically for Key Stage 1&2 Art and Design, together with practising teachers, to provide school groups with inspirational work to complete before, during and after their visit. The units covered are:
Key Stage 1:
Units 1 (a, b), 2 (a, b), 4 (a, b, c), 5 (a, c, d)
Key Stage 2:
Units 1 (b), 2 (a), 3 (a), 4 (a, b, c), 5 (a, c, d)
When you book a trip, you will receive a folder containing:
- Two A2 colour posters for classroom display
- 8 photocopiable pupil worsheets, which address subject areas within Art and Design - such as What is Sculpture and 3D sketching.
- 4 teacher cards, which include a history of Madame Tussauds, extension activities and learning objectives.
In addition you also receive loads of free resources, such as risk assessment sheets, free planning tickets and free information sheets.
