Booking tickets
To make life that bit easier, Madame Tussauds offers you the facility to book your tickets in advance. Tickets can be booked in advance online via our secure booking system or by telephone on +44 (0) 871 894 3000 *(9am to 5pm seven days a week).
*Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras.
Book Online
When booking online, you will enjoy a 10% discount on all standard Madame Tussauds tickets and beat the queues by using the Priority Access entrance instead of joining the main queue. Just book into any half hour time slot throughout the day. Tickets are collected on the date of your visit from Door Number 3 or 4 - and you enter the attraction then. Simply turn up within your half hour time slot with your printed confirmation, booking reference and credit card. No booking fees apply. Discounted vouchers cannot be used when purchasing tickets online.

By Telephone
When booking by phone, you can book into any half hour time slot throughout the day. Tickets can either be sent out by post in advance or collected on the date of your visit from Door Number 3 or 4. Simply turn up within your half hour time slot with your booking reference and credit card and beat the queues by not having to buy a ticket on the day and joining the main queue.
Discounted vouchers cannot be used when purchasing tickets by phone.
In Person
If you are purchasing tickets on the date of your visit, please go to Door Number 1. You can pay by cash (Sterling or Euros) and credit/ debit card. We do not accept travellers cheques or any other currency. Please be aware that tickets purchased on the day vary against those purchased online.
Adult, Child and Family tickets
Adults are aged 16 or over and children aged 4 to 15 inclusive. Under 4's go free. Push chairs and buggies are not allowed in the attraction and must be left at the push chair collection point and collected on exit. Please note all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
Family tickets can be purchased for 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children.
Online Security
This is a fully secure site. When you pay you enter a secure Internet site (https://) and your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the internet. To protect you against credit card fraud (where someone has discovered your credit card details but do not have your card), you will be asked to enter the unique security code printed on the back of your payment card. Please bring your credit card along with you on the day of your visit. If you purchase tickets for someone else, please ensure they have written authorisation stating the last four digits of the card with which you booked.
