Please note: You must pick up your tickets from Madame Tussauds London before you visit the London Dungeon.
To take advantage of the great savings tickets must be booked at least a day in advance. Online discount is not available on tickets bought on the day of visit.
Your tickets are valid for 30 days from your date selected to visit Madame Tussauds to the London Dungeon.
Priority entrance is only included in the ticket to Madame Tussauds London- all others are general queue/standard tickets.
No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the The London Dungeon unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
The London Dungeon is recommended for children aged eight or above.
To help us eliminate fraud, if the credit card holder is not attending on the day they will have to provide a signed letter giving permission for ticket collection, with the named party bringing ID. This letter will be retained by Madame Tussauds London.
