Your combination ticket gives you Priority Access to Madame Tussauds London within your entry time slot selected on booking. Your tickets are valid for 30 days from your date selected to visit Madame Tussauds to the London Dungeon.
Please note: You must pick up your tickets from Madame Tussauds London before you visit the London Dungeon.
Priority entrance is only included in the ticket to Madame Tussauds London- all others are general queue/standard tickets.
*Book your tickets at least the day before your visit and you’ll not only save money but also skip the main queue at Madame Tussauds for faster entry. If you book on the day of your visit you’ll still skip the main queue and use our faster Priority Access entrance however you won't save money on your ticket. Please note you will not recieve priority access at London Dungeons.
The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or young children (entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian).
The London Dungeon is recommended for children aged eight or above.
To help us eliminate fraud, if the credit card holder is not attending on the day they will have to provide a signed letter giving permission for ticket collection, with the named party bringing ID.
