The London Eye River Cruise departs from Waterloo pier at the London Eye.
Your combination ticket gives you Priority Access to Madame Tussauds within your entry time slot selected on booking. Your tickets are valid for 30 days from your date selected to visit Madame Tussauds to the London Eye River Cruise.

This London Eye River Cruise is available all year round and in any weather. The boat has covered and sun deck seating and is fully wheelchair accessible for disabled ticket holders. Toilets are available onboard.
Audio commentary is available in French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin. T-loop system is also available.
Please allow extra time for boarding as all bags will be security checked.
If the credit card holder is not attending on the day they will have to provide a signed letter giving permission for ticket collection, with the named party bringing ID. This letter will be retained by Madame Tussauds London.
