Flexi Tickets
Flexi tickets are perfect if you’re planning a trip to London but aren’t sure what day or time you’ll visit Madame Tussauds.
There are two types of Flexi tickets: Flexi 7 and Flexi 30.
Flexi 7: valid for one visit, anytime, in 7 days from selected start date.
Flexi 30: valid for one visit, anytime, in 30 days from selected start date.

When booking, select the date of the first day of your desired 7 or 30 day period. For example, if you wish to visit Madame Tussauds between the 25th and 31st May you should book your ticket for the 25th May. This ticket can be used once within your 7 day period without having to specify a date or time.
Simply buy your tickets, turn up and go to door 3 or 4 for your star studded day out.

If the credit card holder is not attending on the day they will have to provide a signed letter giving permission for ticket collection, with the named party bringing ID.
