A family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Adults are 16 years and over. Children are 4-15 years old inclusive. Under 4’s enter free.

- If you book your ticket on the day of your visit, you will still be able to use the Priority Access entrance however you won't be able to enjoy our advanced savings and will be charged the full day entry price.
- Your tickets can only be collected on the date of your visit from Door 3.
- Arrive within your chosen half hour time slot with your: Printed confirmation, booking reference number and credit card that the booking was made with.
- If the credit card holder is not attending on the day, you will need a signed letter giving permission to collect the tickets with the named party bringing ID.
- Discounted vouchers cannot be used when purchasing tickets online.
- Please be aware we do not accept pre-paid credit cards.
