Flexi tickets are perfect if you’re planning a trip to London but aren’t sure what day or time you’ll visit Madame Tussauds.

There are two types of Flexi tickets: Flexi 7 and Flexi 30.

Flexi 7: valid for one visit, anytime, in 7 days from selected start date.
Flexi 30: valid for one visit, anytime, in 30 days from selected start date.

• If you book your ticket on the day of your visit, you will still be able to use the Priority Access entrance however you won't be able to enjoy our advanced savings and will be charged the full day entry price.
  
• Your tickets can only be collected on the date of your visit from Door 3.
  
• Arrive within your chosen half hour time slot with your: Printed confirmation, booking reference number and credit card that the booking was made with.
  
• If the credit card holder is not attending on the day, you will need a signed letter giving permission to collect the tickets with the named party bringing ID. This letter will be retained by Madame Tussauds London.
• Discounted vouchers cannot be used when purchasing tickets online.

• To take advantage of the great savings tickets must be booked at least a day in advance. Online discount is not available on tickets bought on the day of visit.
  
• Please note: You must pick up your tickets from Madame Tussauds London before you visit the London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium or the London Dungeon.
  
• Your tickets are valid for 30 days from your date selected to visit Madame Tussauds, to The London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium and the EDF Enrgy London Eye which includes entry to the 4D experience.
• Arrive within your chosen half hour time slot with your: Printed confirmation, booking reference number and credit card that the booking was made with.
• Priority entrance is only included in the ticket to the SEA LIFE London Aquarium and Madame Tussauds London - all others are general queue/standard tickets.
• If the credit card holder is not attending on the day, you will need a signed letter giving permission to collect the tickets with the named party bringing ID. This letter will be retained by Madame Tussauds London.
• Discounted vouchers cannot be used when purchasing tickets online.
• The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or young children (entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian).
• The London Dungeon is recommended for children aged eight or above.
• Tickets are not valid on the 14th February at the EDF Energy London Eye.
