Adele to be honoured with a wax figure at Madame Tussauds London!
After winning international acclaim and an Oscar for Bond theme tune ‘Skyfall’, Madame Tussauds will be presenting Adele with her next accolade - brand new wax figures of the British superstar in both London and Amsterdam.
Famous for her powerful and emotional stage presence Adele will join a host of female stars on the music stage at the legendary London attraction and its Amsterdam sister venue this July. The figure will portray the singing sensation in a glamorous black knee length number, mirroring her Grammys 2012 look.
“Adele is the perfect addition to the music line up here in London!”
“Adele is the perfect addition to the music line up here in London,” commented PR Manager Nicole Fenner. “She’s one of the world’s hottest properties right now and one of our most requested personalities. In fact we’ve seen a huge increase in requests for her figure since ‘Skyfall’ was released and the timing seems perfect to honour her after such phenomenal success with the song. She is one of the most influential British female artists and we know she is going to be a huge hit with our guests alongside our other pop greats. We’re very excited to welcome her to Madame Tussauds London.”
Adele will be joining a dream list of female artists - including Beyonce, Rihanna, and Amy Winehouse. Guests will be able to step on stage right next to their heroine.
