Sebastian Vettel's wax figure travels to Madame Tussauds London!
Italian Grand Prix winner and current leader of the 2013 Formula 1 Drivers’ World Championship, Sebastian Vettel, was this morning (Wednesday September 18) spotted hitchhiking in central London on the last leg of a 1,093km journey from Germany. The racing superstar, clutching a “destination Baker Street” sign, was in fact Madame Tussauds Berlin’s amazingly life-like figure of Vettel arriving in the captial to visit us here at Madame Tussauds London!
The wax figure, portrayed in Vettel’s trademark “number one” pose, turned heads along Marylebone Road, ahead of taking up residence alongside rival, Lewis Hamilton, as they prepare to battle it out at the Singapore Grand Prix on Saturday. The figure will remain in London for twelve weeks until December 2013.
