Sherlock Holmes Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The competition will close on 31st January 2010 and a winner drawn within 5 days after.
2. The competition is open to anyone correctly answering the given question, except employees of the Merlin group, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition. No purchase is necessary.
3. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
4. The winner will be notified by 15th February 2010. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.
5. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Madame Tussauds.
6. The prize consists of 5 goody bags containing 2 tickets to Madame Tussauds, Holmes T-shirt, Watson T-shirt, Cap, Magnifying glass, Mug, Post-it case and Soundtrack.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available. Travel is not included.
8. All visitors to Madame Tussauds aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
9. No purchase necessary. Entries are through submitting details online only. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
