Where do I go when I arrive?
There are several entrances to Madame Tussauds. Find out which one you need to go to below.
Door 1
General admissions queue if you do not yet have a ticket and need to buy one on the day.
Doors 2, 3, 4
Prioirity Access Entrance if you have pre-paid or pre-booked tickets, for example tickets bought online or through our call centre.
If you wish to buy or enter with a Merlin Annual Pass, please also use this entrance.
Door 5
Groups entrance: for groups of 15+ guests, or 10+ if booked in advance.
Exiting the Attraction
The exit to Madame Tussauds is by Door 5. Why not browse around our souvenir shop or enjoy a coffee from Caffè Nero which is by the exit.
