General Group Policies
Discounts are available for group bookings of 15 or more. Group reservations can be made far in advance or up to at least 48 hours before hand.
Receive 1 Complimentary Ticket for every 20 paid tickets. Deposits are required to hold reservations:
15 paid tickets as a deposit for groups of 15-49.
25 paid tickets as a deposit for groups of 50 or more.
Payment in full must be made before the group visit. 3 weeks in advance for Check payments, 3 business days in advance for Credit Card payments.
No outside food and beverage is permitted in the attraction.
Group tickets are non-refundable, however, Groups may reschedule up to one year from the originally scheduled visit date or receive Open Comp tickets valid up to December 31st of the year the group was booked
