"The Queen of Soul" Featured in Special Exhibit for a Limited Time Only!

Madame Tussauds New York launched a special interactive exhibit in celebration of Black History Month and unveiled a wax likeness of Aretha Franklin on Thursday, February 2nd.

Featured are some of history’s most influential African-American musicians and performers in a special setting inviting guests to interact and pose for photos with the likes of Aretha Franklin or Billie Holiday; to play the harmonica alongside a young Stevie Wonder; stand at the microphone with the “Godfather of Soul,” James Brown as he belts out a tune; or join “The First Lady of Song,” Ella Fitzgerald, in a duet. The exhibit also features biographical information and historical facts on each performer and will run for a period of three months.
