After Dark Event Rules & Regulations
These will be strictly enforced!
After Dark is meant to be scary with interactive experiences and will contain some live actors, particularly in the Scream experience. Actors will not touch you, nor should you touch them. All contact will be accidental and not intentional.
Strobe lights will be in use.
No flash photography will be allowed.
Small bags only, absolutely NO oversized bags will be allowed! Lockers will be available for $5. No weapons of any kind will be permitted. Madame Tussauds reserves the right to inspect any bag.
Strollers may not be brought through the attraction, lockers will be available for $5.
Comfortable shoes and proper attire are recommended, there will be walking, stairs, DARKNESS and different surfaces.
Stairs are part of the experience so all guests should be prepared.
This event is not recommended by anyone who has heart, epilepsy or health problems, or those who are prone to afflictions made worse by fear or anxiety. It is not recommended for children under 12 and anyone under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
This event is meant to thrill and refunds will not be given for those who leave because they or anyone in their party is scared, guests who choose not to continue the tour may relax and wait for their party in our lobby areas.
Emergency exits are located throughout the experience, all exits lead to the lobby level. If you exit follow the signs and meet your party in the lobby.
Madame Tussauds management will refuse entrance, or require to leave, any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who touch the actors or who are unruly or violent. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
Restrooms are not available until the very last floor of the tour so please make appropriate accomodations prior to entering the attraction.
Complimentary tickets for the general attraction will not be accepted as this is a special event outside general hours. Please contact the attraction for any questions regarding this policy.
