Yundi Li figure launch
(Shanghai April 24th, 2008) Yundi Li's wax fi gure was unveiled today at Madame Tussauds Shanghai which is located on the 10th floor of the New World Department Store.
Yundi Li is the first Chinese pianist selected and featured in Madame Tussauds, his wax figure will bring more romance and art to the glamorous Madame Tussauds Shanghai.Yundi Li's wax figure is wearing black full ceremonial rig and playing the piano with greater devotion. And the piano is designed to play the classic world famous songs automatically which will make tourists experience more fun.
Yundi Li is now holding a concert in Europe so that he couldn't unveil his wax figure but he especially made a video tape to express his regret. He said he would come to Madame Tussauds and give media and his fans a surprise this June.
