Kelly Chan
Kelly Chan is a Hong Kong based singer and actress. Besides her singing and acting career, Kelly has also played a part in representing Hong Kong on a number of occasions. In 1998, Kelly was appointed as not only a Hong Kong Goodwill Ambassador, but as the Hong Kong Ambassador of Environment to promote environmental protection. Her film debut was Infernal Affairs.
