As with the dark walk through attractions at our Madame Tussauds around the world, it will be thrilling and very scary! New wax figures, live actors and a dark themed environment will combine to make an experience that is unique to Madame Tussauds Shanghai and one that you will never forget.
At our Madame Tussauds around the globe we have created similar popular scare experiences, such as our famous Chamber of Horrors in London, and have worked in partnership with major Hollywood corporations like Disney, Universal Studios, Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema.
For those brave enough, you will enter into a dark maze.
Lights dazzle you, fog creeps towards you, and out of the dark you can see a figure…you can’t tell if it’s a wax figure or if it’s alive…But the only way to get through the maze is to carry on!
As your path winds through the space, highly trained actors in full costume will surprise you. Some will help you, others will just make you scream in fright! Audio and visual effects add to the spooky atmosphere in this disorientating maze of corridors and rooms.
The dark environment will be themed and contain props and several wax figures, that will also be costumed in the same way as the actors. As in the Chamber-live experience in London, these figures will be positioned to enhance the scares.
