Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at admissions or in advance online.
Tickets are classified as follows:
Adults: 12 - 59 years old
Seniors: 60+ years old
Children: 3 - 12 years old
Ages 2 and under are free
Please note all children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
Family of 4 package consists of 2 adult and 2 children tickets.

Buy In Person
If you are purchasing tickets on the date of your visit, please go directly to the admission counter. You can pay by cash, credit, debit card or travelers checks. All major credit cards are accepted.
Buy Online
When booking online, you will enjoy a 10% discount on all standard Madame Tussauds tickets. Simply show up with your printed confirmation, booking reference and credit card. Discounted vouchers cannot be used when purchasing tickets online.

Online Security
This is a fully secure site. When you pay you enter a secure Internet site (https://) and your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the internet. To protect you against credit card fraud (where someone has discovered your credit card details but do not have your card), you will be asked to enter the unique security code printed on the back of your payment card. Please bring your credit card along with you on the day of your visit. If you purchase tickets for someone else, please ensure they have written authorisation stating the last four digits of the card with which you booked.
