DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA OR ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. GOVERNMENT ISSUED VALID PHOTO I.D. REQUIRED FOR CLAIMING OF PRIZE. THIS PROMOTION WILL BE PRESENTED IN DIFFERENT CREATIVE PRESENTATIONS.

1. TO ENTER: Access www.madametussauds.com, www.nycwax.com, www.mtvegas.com, and www.madametussaudsdc.com at 12:00AM on 4/15/08 through 11:59PM on 5/11/08 (EDT and PDT respectively), when sweepstakes ends, and follow the on-screen instructions to receive an entry, or visit Madame Tussauds New York, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, or Madame Tussauds Washington D.C., beginning 10:00 a.m. on 4/15/2008 through 1:00 p.m. on 5/11/2008 at each location for on-site registration. All online entrants must have a valid e-mail address and include a daytime phone number on their entry form where they can be reached on 5/12/2008, if necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person and per phone number and per household per day, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same phone number. Entries must be complete to be eligible. More than one entry from any person or phone number or household in any given day will void all entries from that person or phone number or household received that day. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter sweepstakes is prohibited and all associated entries will be void. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service may apply. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry and such individual must comply with these rules. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Sweepstakes ends online at 11:59 AM (EDT and PDT respectively), and at 1:00 pm on 5/11/2008 at each location site.
2. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): (3) Grand Prizes - A 3-day/2-night trip for up to two (2) people to Los Angeles, CA, from 5/19/2008-5/21/2008, to attend the American Idol Finale Shows at a Sponsor-Specified location in Hollywood, CA on 5/20/2008 and 5/21/08. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from eligible entries received from each of the three (3) Madame Tussauds locations in the United States. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport in the 50 United States or District of Columbia nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), limousine transportation to/from airport/hotel in Los Angeles and up to 8 hours the day of the event, and $500 cash to each Grand Prize winner. Any winner that resides within a 300-mile radius of Los Angeles may receive ground transportation to/from winner's home to hotel in Los Angeles in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. (ARV: $5,000 each; there is no retail value associated with the American Idol ticket portion of the prize). Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent and on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize winners must be able to depart from the airport of sponsors discretion on 5/19/2008. In the event Grand Prize winner resides within the New York tri-state area, winner may be required to depart on 5/18/2008 for overnight transportation on the carrier of sponsors choice. Grand Prize trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel will not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her traveling companions must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Travel companions of Grand Prize winners will be required to execute a Release of Liability/Publicity prior to departure. Any minor travel companion must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on trip. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., government issued valid photo ID) in order to travel. Trips must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure and return (and American Idol Finale date) are subject to change. If any Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen, if time permits, at Sponsor's discretion. Seat selection and timing of Grand Prize trip are subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Grand Prize winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of such prize element. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs associated with prize acceptance and use, not expressly listed above as being provided, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from winner's home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. In the event the American Idol Finale Show is canceled, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Limit one Grand Prize per household. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion, including manufacturer and model.
3. WINNER SELECTION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about 5/12/2008. Drawing will be conducted by an independent administrator whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone/mail/e-mail on or about 5/12/2008. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding. The Sponsor will make 3 attempts (via phone to the phone number provided at time of entry and/or to the e-mail address provided at time of entry) to contact the potential Grand Prize winners within 48 hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. If Sponsor is unable to reach any potential Grand Prize winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate may be selected, time permitting. Potential Grand Prize will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of date of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. Grand Prize affidavits will be sent by a recognized overnight carrier and a pre-paid overnight return envelope will be included. Signed and notarized affidavit may be sent back via facsimile with the original sent back via the pre-paid overnight return envelope. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. By acceptance of a prize, each winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, likeness and/or biographical information in any and all media now or hereafter developed worldwide in perpetuity for advertising and promotional purposes (including posting on www.madametussauds.com), without further compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By participating, each entrant agrees that Madame Tussauds, Inc., American Idol, 19 TV Ltd., FremantleMedia North America, Inc., and their respective parents, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, including the independent contractor and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties"), will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes or any prize related activity (including travel to and from and attendance at party).
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry, except employees of Merlin Entertainments, Inc., Madame Tussauds, Inc., American Idol, 19 TV Ltd., FremantleMedia North America, Inc., and their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotion and advertising agencies, including the independent contractor and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. OTHER CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or garbled or for any problems or any combination thereof or for technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical, printing, mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any error or problem which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor's discretion, award the prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to the date of cancellation. Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website or to be acting in violation of the rules and void all associated entries.

WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners of prizes valued at $25 or more, available after 8/2/2008, visit www.madametussauds.com or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Madame Tussauds American Idol Finale Sweepstakes™ Winners, 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. South Suite 2001, Las Vegas, NV 89109, Attn: KM, for receipt no later than 8/2/2008.
