Will Smith joins the A-list party!
Multi-talented actor, rapper and producer, Will Smith, today joined the A-list party here at Madame Tussauds London as his wax figure pays us a visit from Madame Tussauds Hollywood for 10 weeks.
The four time Grammy winner and two time Academy Award nominee is portrayed in a relaxed seated pose allowing guests to sit right down beside him and measure up to one of the most successful, influential and popular entertainers in the world.
Smith's figure is dressed in a dapper grey waistcoat teamed with matching trousers, pristine white shirt and tie. He was joined on a star-studded sofa today by two of our newest additions - Emma Watson and George Clooney. Watson's figure, dressed impeccably in an exclusive Elie Saab creation was unveiled in March, while silver fox heartthrob Clooney, joined us in February.
Guests can meet all three stars in our A-list party area, as well as a cast of Hollywood's finest from Kate Winslet and Helen Mirren, to Leonardo Di Caprio and Johnny Depp.
"We know guests will enjoy hanging out with such a colourful and popular personality"
"We are thrilled to welcome Will Smith to London for a brief holiday from his Hollywood home," commented PR Manager, Nicole Fenner. "Since his early Fresh Prince of Bel Air success he's enjoyed an enduring and varied career excelling in his musical endeavours and his acting enterprises, as well as producing. With the imminent UK release of his latest blockbuster, After Earth, Will's visit is a timely one and we know guests will enjoy hanging out with such a colourful and popular personality."
Smith's figure was created in 2009, taking a talented team of sculptors, colourists and hair artists four months to make at a cost of £150,000.
