“Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower”

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs really was a true visionary of the technological age. He transformed the way an entire generation uses technology, by developing devices like the iconic iPod and iPad. He revolutionised personal computing before taking on the music and film industries as well as the phone industry with the iPhone.

Adopted by Clara and Paul Jobs, Steve grew up in Mountain View, in California’s Silicon Valley. As a child he would work with his father, taking apart and rebuilding electronics. It was this hobby that sparked his lifelong passion for technology.

Born Steven Paul Jobs on 24th February 1955 in San Francisco, USA.

Died 5th October 2011 in California, USA.
