In the most ambitious figure launch in Madame Tussauds history, eight attractions around the world revealed new Lady Gaga figures at the same time. Each attraction depicted the fashion icon in a totally different style and outfit. Even the details about the outfit for each city was kept a closely guarded secret until the moment they were revealed.
