I have pre-booked tickets but am now unable to visit, what should I do? 

It is easy to revalidate your ticket to visit on a later date. You can change your ticket date via our booking portal, details of which you can find on your e-ticket. Our booking guarantee allows you to move your ticket up to 3 times, with the flexibility to move bookings up to 1 hours before your arrival time.

Madame Tussauds Blackpool offers one free essential companion admission for Access Card holders (who require an essential companion to visit and where the Access Card indicates +1) when purchasing one standard admission ticket for a disabled guest.
