The easiest way to get to The Peak is aboard the renowned Peak Tram, a funicular railway that's been in operation for over 130 years.

The Peak is the highest point on Hong Kong Island, and it offers stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the picturesque surroundings.

A must-visit tourist destination, The Peak captivates visitors throughout the day. Witness sparkling skyscrapers and Victoria Harbour extending to the green hills of the New Territories. As dusk falls, prepare to be enchanted by a mesmerizing panorama of pink and orange hues.

The journey to the top is an experience in itself, as the tram gracefully climbs to a remarkable height of 396 meters (1,300 feet), treating passengers to unparalleled vistas along the way. The surrounding buildings appear to lean due to the steepness of the ascent, providing a thrilling visual spectacle with gradients ranging from 4 to 25.7 degrees.

Victoria Peak Opening Times
The Peak is a residential district, so it does not have a closing time. The first tram leaves for the Peak at 7:30am, and the last tram leaves at midnight on all days and public holidays.

Victoria Peak Garden

Victoria Peak Garden is a delightful, lush Victorian-style garden located above the masses at the Peak Galleria. It was once the site of the Mountain Lodge, the Governor's summer residence on The Peak, and it was converted into a garden in 1995.

The garden is home to a variety of plants and flowers, including camellias, azaleas, and rhododendrons. It also has a number of features, such as a pagoda, a sundial, and a children's playground.

Getting to Victoria Peak Garden
- You can walk or hike up Mount Austin Road or Harlech Road Fitness Trail.
- You can take the Peak Tram to the Peak Galleria and then walk to the garden.

Meet the Stars at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong

Madame Tussauds Hong Kong is a wax museum located at The Peak, offering visitors the chance to meet and interact with over 100 famous figures from around the world.

The museum features a variety of interactive exhibits, including an AR selfie experience featuring singer-songwriter, Jackson Wang. Visitors can also get up close and personal with TVXQ! and Super Junior star Choi Siwon, recreate their favorite scenes from Korean dramas with Professor Doo Min-joon, admire Lee Jong Suk's neon pink suit, and be romanced by Park Hae-jin.

Other popular exhibits include the Marvel Super Heroes Zone, where visitors can pose for photos with iconic superheroes like Iron Man and Spiderman; the Music Zone, where they can belt out songs with G.E.M. and show off their AR dance moves with Michael Jackson; and the glamorous Fashion Zone, where they can become the supermodel on their very own runway!
