How long can I normally expect a visit to last?
It takes around one and half hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds.
Is there anywhere to leave bags?
Due to security reasons, guests are not permitted to leave any bags or luggage at Madame Tussauds.
Can I take a pet in to Madame Tussauds?
No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds.
Am I allowed to touch the figures?
Yes. At Madame Tussauds you can get up, close and personal with celebrities, icons and historical leaders in a fully interactive experience.
Can I bring a camera?
Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds apart from Jackie Chan's wax figure.
Are there official Madame Tussauds Photographers?
Yes. There are photograph opportunities throughout Madame Tussauds to ensure you take home an everlasting with your favourite celebrity. Photograph collection points are located throughout the attraction.
Can I buy photographs at Madame Tussauds?
Yes. You can also purchase key rings, magnet, mugs, mini figurine and glass cubes. Photograph collection points are located throughout the attraction.
What credit cards do you take as payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and China Unionpay.
Can I pay by cheque?
We do not accept cheque.
Do you do a special rate for group visits?
Madame Tussauds Hong Kong welcomes group bookings from schools, community centres, travel agents, associations, corporations and tourist groups. Special discounts are offered for group bookings.
Madame Tussauds Hong Kong may suspend or delay opening times during inclement weather. Please refer to the following:
Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning; Tropical Cyclone Signal No.1 or No.3:
Madame Tussauds Hong Kong admission and Madame Tussauds combo kiosk remains open.
Rainstorm Warning; Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above:
Warning issued before attraction opens
Our attraction will delay opening time until approximately 2 hours after the warning is lowered.
If the signal is lowered 2 hours before our attraction closing on that day, we will remain closed for the rest of the day. (e.g. Our attraction closing times at 10:00pm, and the Signal No.8 is lowered at 8:00pm, our attraction will remain closed the whole day.)
Warning issued during attraction opening times:
Our attraction will be closed in the shortest time subject to the clearance of guests in attraction.
