KS3 & KS4 Customer Service

Madame Tussauds London prides itself on the customer service delivered to its visitors. This workshop gives students the opportunity to gain insight into the key areas which enhance a guest's experience and interaction with the attraction.

Key activities will include..

  • Exploring how Madame Tussauds records a guests experience against key performance indicators and how they are cascaded across the team
  • Recognising the impact of customer service and how it impacts a business
  • Resolving an onsite “operational headache”
  • Undertake a guest complaint by structuring a response letter using appropriate language and offering a resolution

Workshops are £2 in addition to schools admission. We have two times available for workshops to be booked during the day, these are 11:00 and 14:30. A lesson is designed for a class of up to 30 students, a workshop session is between 45minutes - 1hour.  If required, teachers are welcome to enquire into whether the room is available as a lunch space post/pre workshop.

Both workshops and lunch space are only available on weekdays during term time and must be booked at least 15 working days in advance of your visit date. They must also be booked before your entry into Madame Tussauds. The lunch room is for packed lunches only, once entered on site at the attraction students and teachers will not be able to leave and re-enter, this is due to health and safety reasons.
