Following the UK Government’s latest update Madame Tussauds London is temporarily closed as a precautionary measure from Thursday 5th November. This is in line with the current Government regulations and we will reopen as soon as it is appropriate to do so.

Whilst we had looked forward to welcoming guests over the coming weeks, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team remain our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and our website and social channels will be kept up to date with the latest information on when we can reopen.

If you already have a booking with us and the attraction is closed when you were due to visit, your ticket is valid until 31st May 2021. If you purchased your ticket after 9th October please use the link on your ticket to rearrange your visit. If you purchased your ticket before 9th October please get in touch with our Guest Experience team on guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com who will rearrange your booking for you.

Ticket information and bookings

Following the latest UK Government update, Madame Tussauds London is temporarily closed as a precautionary measure. This is in line with current Government regulations.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and reopen when it is appropriate to do so. If you pre-booked tickets and the attraction is closed on the date you were due to visit, they are valid until 31st May 2021 (please see next question for information on how to re-book tickets).

If you purchased your ticket after 9th October please use the link on your ticket to rearrange your visit. If you purchased your ticket before 9th October please get in touch with our Guest Experience team on guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com who will rearrange your booking for you.

If your tickets were purchased through a third-party, we ask you to contact the company directly. If they require any information from us, please email our Guest Experience Team and we will be more than happy to help.

If you have booked your ticket using a Sun Frees promotional voucher, please contact our Guest Experience team on guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Booking reference number
  • Date currently booked to visit our attraction
  • The new date you would like to rebook to visit our attraction (must be before 31st March 2021)

To account for the time our Merlin attractions will be closed, we will be adding a one month extension to the current expiry dates for all Merlin Annual Passes active as of 5th November 2020.
