"What are some of the safety measures that will be implemented", we hear you ask. You can now enjoy your star-studded journey with assurance that we have enhanced the SG Clean measures in accordance to the Government's directives. 

We ask our guests to stay home if unwell, and require all guests to observe social distancing, no touching of figures, avoid crowds and practice good hygiene. Wearing of mask throughout the attraction is mandatory, and hand sanitisers will be provided at various stations.

General Questions

At the moment it is not necessary (nor possible) to reserve a time slot. 

Guests will be guided with visible social distancing markers, allowing them to better distance themselves while exploring the attraction. Our employees will also remind guests to maintain a respectful distance when necessary.

Before you enter the attraction:

  1. Check in with Safe Entry, by scanning the QR code
  2. Sanitize your hands
  3. Entrance temperature checks

Inside the attraction:
We have added safety measures within the famous fun attraction

  1. Mandatory wearing of masks
  2. Hand sanitisers provided throughout the attraction 
  3. Do not touch the figures 
  4. Social distancing
  5. Contactless payment
  6. Avoid crowds

As an added safety measure, we supply temporarily limiting interactive elements such a photo props. Intensive and frequent cleaning of all the high touch points.

We are only accepting contactless payment methods and the use of debit/credit cards to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Do note that onsite ticket purchase will not be available during the initial phase of reopening. Guests can purchase tickets on our website

Questions on ticket

If you have purchased tickets for the dates when we were closed, you may use these tickets for any future date through December 31, 2020. When you decide to visit, simply present your unused ticket at any ticket counter. 

If your travel plans were arranged by a third  party, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, or other businesses independent of Madame Tussauds, you will need to contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or canceling a reservation.
