Using augmented reality smart glasses created by ArtGlass, we’re giving you the opportunity to explore the lives of your favorite Hollywood A-Listers, iconic political leaders and historical game-changers through rich 360-degree visuals, personal narrations, and sounds layered all around you.

We’re inviting students in the classroom and students-at-heart to step out from behind their textbook and into an immersive augmented reality journey through iconic moments of history.

Augmented Reality is an interactive experience that overlays digital content onto real landscapes in real time.

Virtual reality creates a digital environment with no view of the real world, while augmented reality overlays digital content while allowing you to see the historic landscape around you.

The ALIVE IN AR experience will include a wide range of historical information and interactive games, images, audio, and video not otherwise available throughout the attraction. This includes features with a variety of presidents and cultural icons along with solving famous cases, learning how to dance like A-Listers and more.

The glasses are very easy to use and require you only to press one button to start the tour. You’ll also be easily able to adjust the volume by simply pressing the volume button, but otherwise, the glasses will run the entire tour without any assistance necessary from you.

This is a self-guided tour but the glasses will provide pictorial, written, and verbal instructions. If you get lost, you may ask any Madame Tussauds employee for help!

The typical user will not experience dizziness as they can still see the real world around them, and do not experience disorientation.
