Where else can you guarantee to come face to face with Britain's most famous faces? Meet David Attenborough - one of the greatest natural history film-makers of all time, use their imagination as they mingle with world famous pop stars like Olly Murs and work out with football legends such as David Beckham in the Locker Room or test their IQ on some favourite TV quiz shows!
The figures at Madame Tussauds Blackpool offer school visitors exciting opportunities to approach KS1 and KS2 curriculum areas from different perspectives and disciplines, enabling pupils to get up close and personal with their favourite stars.
New for 2017: Madame Tussaud’s Media Academy – free resources to increase teaching and learning opportunities.
We encourage all school trips that visit us to come armed with digital cameras and I pads to get the most out of their day and use the material back at school to improve their knowledge and skills.
Photography: We have a fantastic free downloadable resource for teachers to use with their students which shows them how explore and improve their skills when taking photographs. It covers pre visit and post visit learning opportunities and compliments a visit to the attraction. We will even send some prizes out if you send any work to us!
