It takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete a visit at Madame Tussauds; however, you may take as little or as long as you need to experience the entire attraction.

During busy seasons (i.e. holidays and summer), the wait can be up to 20 minutes long.  During the rest of the operating season you should be able to enter the attraction with little to no wait!  There is also a figure right outside of the entrance to Madame Tussauds, so you can snap some selfies before you even enter the attraction!

Yes!  The only restriction is they need to remain under 36" in width

No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit Service Animals.

The entire attraction is wheelchair accessible; however, we do not have wheelchairs available on site.  We ask that you provide your own wheelchair if needed.

We encourage taking many photos! Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds . If you are a film crew or press and need access to the attraction, please contact our press office for further information.

Absolutely!  Madame Tussauds is selfie central and are available for purchase at our retail store!

We do not permit food and beverage inside the attraction. 

The use of strobe lights and strobe affects are used throughout the attraction.

For the safety of our guests, the carrying of firearms, weapons or combustible/flammable/explosive items of any kind into Madame Tussauds is strictly prohibited.
