Paint Away! Mindfulness Art Jamming Session

Want to create art in a calm and authentic manner and looking for a unique art jamming experience? Embark on a creative journey as you try your hands at painting on a wax / clay sculptures. Learn the art of painting and at the same time gain useful tips and tricks from our very own Studio manager on how to paint on medium such as wax or clay. Take things easy, slow it down. You may be surprised by what you end up creating during this art jamming session!

The Big Bollywood Workout

If you’re familiar with the Bollywood culture, then we don’t have to tell you that the music and dancing in these films are completely infectious. MTSG will take on that same energizing spirit of Bollywood, but with a fitness twist. Bollywood themed Zumba dance session taken from one of the Bollywood movies by our Bollywood figures such as Ranveer Singh.
