Guests must pre-book a date and time slot via the website prior to visiting with a gift voucher.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed online using the barcode on your gift voucher. This can be done here.

Gift vouchers and experience discount vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Passes are valid for 12 months from purchase. Annual passes are non-transferable and will include the member's photo.
The Platinum Merlin Annual Pass can be used any day that the attractions are open. The Gold Merlin Annual Pass is NOT valid for entry during school and public/bank holidays.
Both the Gold and Platinum Merlin Annual passes are valid for 12 months at any of the following Merlin Attractions across Australia and New Zealand:
