Crowd safety management measures will be in place at Sky Terrace 428 during the Fireworks Display on 1 July 2025. Public admission will close at 18:00, and all guests must exit by 18:30. Sky Terrace 428 will reopen exclusively for guests with valid on-day Ruby Special tickets with unused Sky Terrace 428 admission ticket from 19:00.
