For guests who purchased tickets via our authorised agents or channels, please look for them for exchange or refund, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong will provide necessary assistance.

No outside food and drinks are allowed in the attraction.
Where can I buy food and drink in Madame Tussauds?
Refreshments are available in Selfie Gallery. You can also purchase the drink at the exit of the attraction.

How long can I normally expect a visit to last?
It takes around one and half hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds.
Can I use wheelchair or baby stroller?
A wheelchair or baby stroller can be used during your visit. You can also use the elevator inside the attraction. Please contact our on-site staffs for assistance.
Am I allowed to touch the figures?
Yes. At Madame Tussauds you can get up close and personal with celebrities, icons and historical leaders in a fully interactive experience.
Can I take a pet in to Madame Tussauds?
No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds.
Can I leave luggage at admission?
We are sorry that we do not have any lockers nor cloakrooms onsite for storage. Enjoy your journey here with all your belongings!
Can I bring a camera?
Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds apart from Jackie Chan's wax figure.
Can I buy photographs at Madame Tussauds?
Yes. You can also purchase key rings, magnet, mugs and glasscubes. Photograph collection points are located throughout the attraction.
Can I access Wi-Fi?
For sure – we offer 2 hours free unlimited Wi-fi for selfie expert like you! Don’t forget to share your selfies with us!
Can I change the visit date of my ticket?
The purchase of a ticket is subject to booking a date for the visit and it cannot be changed once your purchase has been confirmed.
What do you accept for payment?
We accept cash (HKD and RMB), Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, WeChat Pay and China Unionpay.
Can I pay by cheque?
We do not accept cheques.
Do you do a special rate for group visits?
Madame Tussauds Hong Kong welcomes group bookings from schools, community centres, travel agents, associations, corporations and tourist groups. Special discounts are offered for group bookings.
Madame Tussauds Hong Kong may suspend or delay opening times during inclement weather. Please refer to the following:
Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning; Tropical Cyclone Signal No.1 or No.3:
Madame Tussauds Hong Kong admission and Madame Tussauds combo kiosk remains open.
Rainstorm Warning; Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above:
Warning issued before attraction opens
Our attraction will delay opening time until approximately 2 hours after the warning is lowered.
If the signal is lowered 2 hours before our attraction closing on that day, we will remain closed for the rest of the day. (e.g. Our attraction closing time is at 10:00pm, and if the Signal No.8 is lowered at 8:00pm, our attraction will remain closed the whole day.)
Warning issued during attraction opening times:
Our attraction will be closed in the shortest time subject to the clearance of guests in attraction.
