Crowd safety management measures will be in place at Sky Terrace 428 during the Fireworks Display on 1 October 2025. Public admission will close at 18:00, and all guests must exit by 18:30. Sky Terrace 428 will reopen exclusively for guests with valid on-day Ruby Special tickets with unused Sky Terrace 428 admission ticket from 19:00.
On the same day till 6 October 2025, the attraction will open early at 10:00 AM, welcoming guests who wish to plan an earlier visit.
