Drumroll, Please… G Flip Joins the Madame Tussauds Sydney Line-Up!

- Sydney Live, new figure
Double the talent, double the wow. Aussie music legend G Flip has officially joined the Madame Tussauds Sydney family, and fans are doing double takes! Seated on a Yamaha bass drum and surrounded by their signature Absolute Hybrid Maple drum kit, G’s wax twin is serving explosive stage presence, swagger, and pure star power.
But this isn’t just any wax figure. G Flip is now Australia’s first non-binary celebrity to be immortalised in wax, a moment that’s as powerful as it is personal. Crafted over ten months with 100+ measurements, 300 reference photos, and 170 hours of sculpting wizardry, this figure is a masterclass in detail. From custom drumsticks to hand-inserted hair strands, it’s G Flip to a tee.
G summed it up best themselves:
“Wow, this is extremely wild. Very stoked to be made of wax and be the first non-binary wax figure in Australia. It’s an honour to be included among so many legends. I hope everyone enjoys whacking some drums with the wax version of me, apologies for the noise in advance.”
Now rocking out in our Sydney Live! music zone, G Flip joins an all-star crew including Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Dua Lipa, Kylie Minogue and Troye Sivan. Guests can grab a pair of sticks, take a seat at the drum kit, and unleash their inner rockstar in an interactive experience that’s loud, proud, and totally unforgettable.
“G Flip has revolutionised the Australian music scene with their raw talent and fearless authenticity,” said, Chris Harvey, Head of Operations at Madame Tussauds Sydney. “But beyond the music, they’ve become a beacon of inclusivity and self-expression. This figure celebrates both their artistry and their impact - and we’re proud to welcome them to our Sydney Live! zone.”
Beyond the beats, G Flip’s figure is a celebration of representation and visibility, shining a spotlight on LGBTQ+ Australians and the power of living authentically. With a new album Dream Ride dropping this September and a massive Aussie tour on the horizon for 2026, G Flip’s wax debut is just the beginning of another epic chapter.
Ready to meet fame face-to-face? G Flip’s wax figure is now on display at Madame Tussauds Sydney.
