Madame Tussauds Sydney is wheelchair and mobility-impaired friendly with all zones wheelchair and pram friendly. We also have a small number of wheelchairs available for free hire on a first come, first serve basis. Large motorised wheelchairs may not be able to access some areas of the attraction. 

We allow guide dogs, seeing eye dogs and hearing dogs into the attraction. 


Madame Tussauds Sydney is wheelchair accessible throughout the attraction with it being only one level and an easy directional flow as you journey through. 

Wheelchairs may be borrowed from the admissions area if required. Please note that wheelchairs are on a first come, first served basis, and cannot be booked or reserved ahead of time.

You will be required to leave your ID behind while you use the wheelchair.

Carers & Companions

Madame Tussauds Sydney offers free entry to carers or essential companions of those with disabilities. We accept the national Companion Card.

If you are pre-booking your tickets online, book for your party but do not include a ticket for your carer. The carer’s ticket will be issued on arrival. The carer must provide a valid companion card. Due to social distancing requirements, the carer must still book in a time slot to visit. Book time slot here.

Toilet & Family facilities

There are accessible toilets available for your convenience which are located at the entrance to Madame Tussauds Sydney and at the start near the Australian History Zone. Changing facilities are also available. 

We would recommend visiting the bathroom before your visit to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience possible.
