SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals are welcome throughout the attraction and can accompany guests throughout. However, due to safety restrictions, service animals must be on a leash at all times. Any show of hostile behavior towards other guests or employees is unacceptable. Service animals may not be handled by or left with other guests or employees
FIRST AID: There is a first aid representative on duty during regular attraction hours of operation. If you find yourself requiring medical attention please notify any employee throughout the attraction and the first aid representative will come to you.
RESTROOMS: All restrooms in the attraction have wheelchair accessible stalls. Additionally, wheelchair accessible restrooms can be found to the right of Blue Bird Café.
WHEELCHAIR RENTAL Wheelchairs are available at Simon Guest Services, near Entry 1 across from Old Navy Outlet. There is no cost, but they will hold a form of identification at checkout. For any questions about wheelchair availability with Simon Guest Services contact them at (615) 514-1100.
SHOPS: The gift shop at the end of your visit is wheelchair and scooter accessible. If assistance is needed, please notify one of our team members for any of your shopping needs.
WAIT TIMES: Auxiliary entrances are not intended to bypass waiting in line. There may be a waiting period before entering and wait times may vary.
EVACUATION: In the event of an evacuation, guests may be required to walk certain distances and narrow walkways and must have a companion assist them to the nearest exit. Please note that in the event of emergency, a team member will direct you to the safest destination.
Entry: Upon entry proceed to the admissions counter via the Will Call line. Once you have secured your ticket the attraction experience will start immediately behind admissions in the pre-show area.
THROUGHOUT THE ATTRACTION: The attraction is one level. Special effects-such as lighting, etc. may be used in the attraction.
CINEMA: The Cinema will be CC and audio devices will be provided upon request for hearing impaired. These will be returned immediately to the host after the Pre-show/Cinema. Wheelchair accessible viewing area will be available. There may be a waiting period before entering the Cinema and wait times may vary.
