HURRICANE POLICY

Can I reschedule or cancel my Madame Tussauds Orlando visit due to an approaching hurricane or tropical storm?

The safety of guests and team members is our highest priority.

If the National Hurricane Center (www.nhc.noaa.gov) issues a hurricane warning for the Central Florida area – or for your place of residence – within seven days of your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule or cancel your Madame Tussauds Orlando visit without any penalties or fees imposed by Madame Tussauds Orlando] and/or Merlin Entertainments. 

This policy applies only to Madame Tussauds Orlando booked directly with Madame Tussauds Orlando.

If your travel plans were arranged by third-party suppliers, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, ticket resellers and other businesses independent of Madame Tussauds Orlando, you are responsible for any nonrefundable payments as well as any cancellation or change fees charged by those suppliers.

Guests who wish to reschedule a visit due to an NHC hurricane warning, or those with questions about their vacation can email Orlando Guest Services at OrlandoGuestServices@merlinentertainments.biz and a member of our team will respond at the earliest opportunity.

 

I did not book my vacation through Madame Tussauds Orlando. Can I reschedule or cancel my vacation due to an approaching hurricane?

If your travel plans were arranged by third-party suppliers, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, ticket resellers and other businesses independent of Madame Tussauds Orlando, you are responsible for any nonrefundable payments as well as any cancellation or change fees charged by those suppliers.

Likewise, if your travel plans include products or services provided by third-party suppliers, such as airfare, rental cars or vacation insurance, you are responsible for any nonrefundable payments as well as any cancellation or change fees charged by those suppliers. Please contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or cancelling a reservation.
