The military discount is available for United States Military members (Active Service Member, Retiree, Veteran, Military Spouse, or Military Family Member/Dependent) and Canadian Military members (Active Service Member, Retiree, Veteran, CAF Family Member/Dependent) through ID.me verification.

The first responder discount is available for eligible Law Enforcement officers, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel, EMTs and firefighters.

If visiting between October 1 - November 30, 2026, then up to 6 guests can save 50% on tickets when visiting with the service member.

Past November 30, the discount applies to up to four individuals, including the eligible military member and their family.

You must verify your military or first responder status through ID.me during the online ticket purchase process.

Military discount tickets & first responder discount tickets must be purchased online through the Madame Tussauds Orlando website. They are not available for purchase at the attraction.
