Before realising his true calling and embarking on his Bollywood career, Ranveer worked as a copywriter in renowned advertising agencies.
Ranveer Singh is known for his dedication to his roles and has spoken about the intense preparation he undergoes for characters. He once prepared for a role intensely by locking himself in his apartment for 21 days and consumed red meat three times a day to enter the dark mindset of his role as Alauddin Khilji in Padmaavat.
He has a hard time getting out of characters, off camera.
Desserts are Ranveer's weakness and would eat something sweet after every meal. He loves everything sweet like chocolate cake, brownies and is even fond of eating Nutella out of the bottle.
Ranveer Singh launched his own independent music label, IncInk Records in March 2019.
