If you visit us on your birthday and show us a valid photo ID to prove it, we'll grant you free entry!

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or up.

For security reasons, Madame Tussauds Berlin cannot store any luggage. It is therefore not permitted to bring large items of luggage or wheeled suitcases. We ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer lockers or a checkroom due to the structure of the attraction's exhibition areas.

Push chairs may be taken into the attraction. Guests in wheelchairs are always welcome at Madame Tussauds Berlin. However, strict fire regulations allow us to only accommodate five wheelchairs at any time. These regulations are in place to guarantee the safety of all visitors at Madame Tussauds. To prevent any disappointment, we suggest that any visitor with a wheelchair makes a reservation before they come to Madame Tussauds Berlin.

Yes, our exhibition is air-conditioned so that our waxfigures are placed in the best temperature and our guest have the best experience.

Unfortunately it is not permitted to bring any pet or animal to Madame Tussauds. However, we do welcome seeing-eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing-ear dogs.

No, eating and drinking are not permitted at Madame Tussauds. Thank you for your understanding.

It takes around 1.5 hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds.

Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds Berlin. Come and pose with your favourite celebrity!

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers at the till.

Because we receive so many requests for donations to school and fundraising events, we have to limit the number of free tickets we give out. As part of Merlin Entertainments, Madame Tussauds only supports charities through Merlin’s Magic Wand, our Children’s Charity. Therefore, we are unable to donate tickets to schools and organisations directly.

Merlin Entertainments or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at the attraction which features guests and be purchased as a physical and/or digital product.

Booking your group entry to the attraction is deemed acceptance for the group to be photographed. Group members are of course able to opt out by not engaging in any photographic situation and should be managed by the group leader, minors (under 16 years old) must have parental consent obtained by teacher or group leader to have their group photograph/film taken.
