Are there any discount vouchers and how do they work?
Yes, you can get various discount coupons at Madame Tussauds Berlin’s partners. 2for1 vouchers give you a free ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket and are always based on the full price adult entrance ticket. These promotions are only valid with tickets purchased on the day and not tickets booked in advance or online. Please check the promotion's terms and conditions carefully prior to your visit and ensure you bring a valid voucher on the day of your visit. The same applies for Kids Go Free vouchers. One child will get free access if accompanied by a full-paying adult. Please note that all vouchers are valid only at the till and cannot be combined with other discount vouchers or other tickets.
Do I get a discount if I visit Madame Tussauds Berlin on my birthday?
If you visit us on your birthday and show us a valid photo ID to prove it, we'll grant you free entry!
Is there an age limit at Madame Tussauds Berlin?
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or up.

Can I bring large bags or suitcases?
For security reasons, Madame Tussauds Berlin cannot store luggage. Furthermore, we do not provide lockers due to the attraction's structure. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Can I take a pushchair or a wheelchair into Madame Tussauds?
Push chairs may be taken into the attraction. Guests in wheelchairs are always welcome at Madame Tussauds Berlin. However, strict fire regulations allow us to only accommodate five wheelchairs at any time. These regulations are in place to guarantee the safety of all visitors at Madame Tussauds. To prevent any disappointment, we suggest that any visitor with a wheelchair makes a reservation before they come to Madame Tussauds Berlin.

Yes, our exhibition is air-conditioned so that our waxfigures are placed in the best temperature and our guest have the best experience.
Can I take my pet into Madame Tussauds?
Unfortunately it is not permitted to bring any pet or animal to Madame Tussauds. However, we do welcome seeing-eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing-ear dogs.
Can I take Food and Drinks into Madame Tussauds?
No, eating and drinking are not permitted at Madame Tussauds. Thank you for your understanding.
How long can I normally expect a visit to last?
It takes around 1.5 hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds.
Can I bring a camera?

Are you able to offer charity donations or raffle prizes?
Because we receive so many requests for donations to school and fundraising events, we have to limit the number of free tickets we give out. As part of Merlin Entertainments, Madame Tussauds only supports charities through Merlin’s Magic Wand, our Children’s Charity. Therefore, we are unable to donate tickets to schools and organisations directly.
How long do I have to wait to get in to Madame Tussauds?

Photography & Video recording
Merlin Entertainments or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at the attraction which features guests and be purchased as a physical and/or digital product.
Booking your group entry to the attraction is deemed acceptance for the group to be photographed. Group members are of course able to opt out by not engaging in any photographic situation and should be managed by the group leader, minors (under 16 years old) must have parental consent obtained by teacher or group leader to have their group photograph/film taken.
