It takes around one and half hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds.
A wheelchair or baby stroller can be used during your visit. You can also use the elevator inside the attraction. Please contact our on-site staffs for assistance.
Yes. At Madame Tussauds you can get up close and personal with celebrities, icons and historical leaders in a fully interactive experience.
No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds.

How to visit Madame Tussauds?
You may refer to one of the following ways:
Madame Tussauds is a five minutes walk from BTS Siam station. BTS Siam station is right in the middle of the city and easy journey from anywhere in Bangkok.
MRT Silom or Sukhumvit or Chatuchak Park station transfer to BTS Sky train; BTS Siam station (See By BTS)
The following bus numbers travel to Madame Tussauds: 15, 16, 25 (Paknam-Thachang),40, ปอ.40, 48, 54, 73, 73ก, 79, 141, 159, 162, 183, 204, 501, 508.
Siam Center Car Park; Rama 1 Road, Siam Paragon entrance 2 and turn left to Siam Center car park.
Siam Discovery, 4th Floor, 989 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan. Stopable in front of Siam Tower building.

Food and Drink
No outside food and drinks are allowed in the attraction.
Refreshments are available in Selfie Gallery. You can also purchase the drink at the exit of the attraction.
Taking photographs
Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds apart from Jackie Chan's wax figure.
Yes. You can also purchase key rings, magnet, mugs and glass-cubes. Photograph collection points are located throughout the attraction.
