All guests will be asked to finish any food or beverages before entering the attraction. Concessions are sold in the attraction.

We accept payments in cash (U.S. Dollar) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover).

Can I take a camera to Madame Tussauds?
YES, we encourage guests to bring cameras, camera phones, and/or selfie sticks to capture memories of their visit. Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds . If you are a film crew or press and need access to the attraction, please contact us for further information.

How long does a visit to Madame Tussauds last?
The tour through the attraction is self-guided. It should take you approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete your tour.
Can I take a baby stroller to Madame Tussauds?
Yes, the attraction is stroller accessible. If you prefer to enjoy the museum without a stroller, please speak with a Madame Tussauds hospitality host. Please note responsibility for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged property lies solely with the property owner.
Are wheelchairs accessible?
Madame Tussauds Hollywood is fully ADA accessible, with exception of the Virtual Room. Wheelchairs are available on request but the number available is limited- there is no charge or deposit required. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Can I take any animals or pets to Madame Tussauds?
Service animals are permitted inside Madame Tussauds.
Is there a minimum age to play?
Yes, you must be at least 12 years old to play
What is the minimum and maximum of players?
This is a team based experience so you need a minimum of two people. Maximum is four people.
Should I wear my glasses?
Yes, we recommend you wear your glasses or contact lenses. This experience is not recommended for people with epilepsy
I'm pregnant. Can I play?
This experience is not recommended for pregnant women
Can I join if I'm in a wheelchair?
For safety reasons this is not possible at the moment
Does the experience make you feel nauseous?
Unlike other VR experiences, this one has been specially developed to avoid any discomfort, whether that be nausea or headaches. We use the very best hardware (HTC Vives), the most powerful computers and specially designed in-house software to avoid any discomfort. Games are also played standing up so your brain and your body are always working together just as they would in the real world
