D.R. H.C. Ir. Soekarno was born on June 6, 1901 in Surabaya, Indonesia. He was Indonesia's founding father. Soekarno proclaimed Indonesia's independence on August 17, 1945, and is the first President of the Republic of Indonesia (1945-1996)

Soekarno formulated Pancasila (Five Principle) as the constitution basis of the Republic of Indonesia. This Indonesia ideology contains about divinity, humanity, nationalism, democracy, and prosperity.
